I just realised how long it's been since I last created an entry into my blog.
I'm looking at no 3 on the assessment sheet.
It reads: After conducing a training needs analysis, prepare a portfolio which details a strategy for personal development. The portfolio must include a current resume, a goals/mission statement and a five year plan for personal learning. WHAT?

Training needs analysis? What the heck is that? Is this within the context of web 2.0 tools? If it is, how on earth can we have any idea what's coming down the track?
